If you are encountering error 161 when you are attempting to run QE, such as this:
It could be that you haven't applied your Pervasive license yet.
To fix this, open your Pervasive Control Center (pcc.exe), by searching for pcc as below:
Goto the License Administrator:
In here you will be able to apply your license, as well as check any old licenses you may have had by clicking the Hide Expired box.
If you have any that are set to INACTIVE then they are not in use. You need to have a License that is set to ACTIVE. To do this, your QE will have come with a pervasive license, please apply it now. If you have not received a license, then please get in touch with FastCAM.
