Hi Federico,

Thanks for the information, we will require a service email from FastNEST, with that particular nest loaded to assist further. As there could be quite a few things happening here.

If there is a problem with the service email, please check the whole guide , as there is a section to deal with manually sending the files.

Cheers,

Alex

For some reason my last answer got lost.

I said i found the problem and the solution. If you load a .txt file on the software then the output with the common cut option won't work. I guess is because the file is not well configured. BUT if you load a .dxf file or a .cam file it will.

Hope it helps someone.

Also do you have a manual where i can read and learn more about this software? mine didnt came with anything else but a cd and a really smal instruction manual.

Thanks in advance,

Federico.

Hi Federico,

That is likely the Case. NC to NC nesting is very limited, so changing to CAM or DXF file nesting is a lot more powerful. Glad to see you figured that out though!

As for more information, certainly, you can have a look at the FastCAM Pack here:

Which has lots of great links and tutorials in there for you!

Cheers,

Alex
