Need Answer

It is the second time that the following happens, already with the second dongle, I can not access FastCAM, FastLOCK does not allow the operation.What can I do about it?

Dear Guidolegui

Please contact me directly with your FastCAM license number. This is your dongle number, it is typically written on the dongle unless you have a very very old dongle.

You may have on hand licensing document that shows your license number as well.
