I have an issue. For how long since I buy the program will I have technical support?And if I have a problem with something about the program (USB / CD), how long am I covered against those problems?

There are limitations when it comes to the physical software and the dongle. With Version 7 and below, if you break the USB dongle, then you have lost your FastCAM License. We cannot replace them. Also if your software is too old (5+ years), there is a good chance we cannot supply an installer for it, as we do not keep software installers indefinitely.

Most likely, you would need to look at purchasing the latest copy of FastCAM if that occurs. This is the reason we HIGHLY recommend you look after the USB dongle, and if you are moving it around multiple PCs, you should get a USB to USB connector to help protect the dongle as well.
