Use this if you need to:
- Adjust/Update the card used for your Subscription
- Cancel a Subscription
First goto www.fastcam.com. Then select Services and Customer Portal
You will then need to login using your Customer Login Information. Please be aware this is NOT the same as your license information
Once login is complete. Go to your Recurring Payments.
The renewal date is listed along with the software on file. There are two options to either update your credit card information or cancel the subscription.
