FastCAM v9 Not Installing Correctly

Whenever I try to install FastCAM v9 from the website, I get the error that certain prerequisites need to be installed; when I try to install them, the download fails.
FastCAM has been installed on this same computer in the past with no issue. Windows 11, 64-bit, no dongle.

Try installing the GAC dependency directly, you can download the installer here:
https://download.fastcam.com/FastCAM9GAC.exe
Once that completes, then run the FastCAM 9 installer again
