Hello,

I bought another version of Fastecam after losing my old installation key.

But after inserting the CD into my PC, the .exe file doesn't work.

Hi,

Hard to say what might be the issue here. Is it giving you an error? Something might be blocking the run of the EXE. What is the new dongle number?
