the time we are using fastcam massage come operation not permitted by fastlock, please check software version with FMS fastCam please advice .

our dongle number is 00116506.

Hi Mohd,

Please make sure your dongle is plugged into the machine, and is lit up. You can also follow the instructions in this guide as they may help you:
