Dear sir :

This is Naveen from India .. I recently purchased new fastcam software 7.2 version

I was try to install this software but couldn't install .. I can't open setup ,pls kindly help us

Hi Naveen,

Can you please send me a screenshot of the other side of the dongle? Does it have your dongle number written on it?

Hi Naveen,

That is not a valid FastCAM Dongle. I would suggest going back to your supplier and asking for a legitimate one.

Or you can purchase the latest FastCAM 8 here:
