Issues with connecting FastCAM SAZ to computer via ethernet

I am trying to set up our fastcam saz. Periodically, it will work and connect to PFV. However, sometimes it is not identified by the software. When this happens, the fans on the camera continue to run and do not stop. Is there something that is not happening correctly? Is there any troubleshooting I can do?
Yesterday it was able to connect twice, but then refused to the rest of the day.
