Good afternoon! Tell me how to deal with such a problem in fastnest. Why does the program specify the inputs and outputs in this way, they must be inside the cut.

Most likely you have corner pierce selected, so it is trying to put it on a corner, but putting the full sized lead in on the wrong side. I would suggest using the Move Entries option to manually shift these ones:
