Problem with the software

Please I would like assistance.
We are trying to install the fast cam and I have not been successful. The program downloads but cannot be installed. Our Suppleyer is Bingo Welding.
Please let me know how to proceed.

Hi Sofia,
Hard to say what the problem is here. Are you getting an error on the controller? Have you output the code successfully? Here is the information starter pack, as it may have a guide you need:

As for the other error, please make sure you have your FastCAM dongle plugged in at all times when using the program. To remove the translation error, you can remove all language files from your FastCAM Folder, EXCEPT for Chinese, English and if you have another language you wish to use. DO NOT remove the first two (Chinese & English)
