FastCAM Dongle

Hi, just recieved cnc plasma machine. Seems that computer do not see FAST CAM dongle at all.
I tried to looking for similar issues on chat history but links for drivers there are not working.
I have windows 10 and Processor11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 system.
Please help.

I would double check the guide here:

The links work, however, your browser may be stopping the download as they are DLL files.
So Check to see if they are getting blocked, and if they are, white list them so you can download them
