moving parts/holes

Hi, how do you move a hole or shape/contour from a stencil dxf file either up, down, left or right just a little bit, just to get it away from the edge giving you more material left on the item you are cutting out? Thanks

Assuming you are in FastCAM, as in FastNEST you can just drag the part around.
In FastCAM, you would need to use blocking if there are multiple contours. That is the easiest way:
