FastCam Font and Language Issue

We recently purchased a Dongle with FastCam for our CrossBow Machine. The top ribbon comes in all question marks. The language selection has only Chinese given and that is not selectable. Even prior to installation, the setup window appears in the same way with alphabets and symbols mixed in. It looks like the font is not supported as such

Hi Vijay,

There are many editions of FastCAM available for OEM to distribute, but there are constrains too.

From your description, it maybe that your dongle is in fact a Chinese-only dongle for resale within China only.

Let us know your dongle number and we can confirm.

Hi, the dongle number is 09940675. The installation language has two options in English and Chinese as well but selecting either during installation results in all the language in the installation window to become nonsensical words and symbols.

I will try downloading and installing the drivers as suggested in your forum in case its a system issue on our end.

As suspected, the dongle 09940675 is a Chinese-Only dongle. Drivers won't matter. You should contact your supplier for this dongle and let them know they supplied the wrong one. This dongle is for sale with-in china only.
