Is this for Version 7 / 8 / 9 of FastCAM? As it stands we cannot assist with Version 7 or below of FastCAM. It is too old and you would need to purchase a new license here:

Then here to purchase:

If it is a Version 8 or above, then you can download a new installer from your customer portal on the store page above
