what should I do with your program? it does not start, writes the key is already open. none of your recommendations help, it works on another computer. A lot of users have this kind of program. solve it at last!!!

Hi Sergei,
This is for legacy software, and as you rightly pointed it works on other PCs. There is a setting on your current PC that is hampering the reading of the dongle, but we cannot assist as it is legacy software. As such there are two options for you. You can either use a different PC, or upgrade to the latest FastCAM 9 here:
