Thanks for the response, I've got hold of a windows 11 machine and a dongle that has 09931360 printed on, I got this with a machine secondhand. There was no other usb with the app on it. Can I download a version to suit this dongle?

I was trying to get everything working the same as the previous owner but appears I am missing the install files. I have a friend with the same machine and FastCAM could I use his install software to get FastCAM running with this dongle the secondhand machine came with.
Does FastCAM use dongles? If I get FastCAM 9 is there other setup files needed to run with the second hand CNC machine I bought or are these all included.

Hi Bruce,
FastCAM only works on Windows OS. You can get it to work on Mac by running a parallel windows on it, but this is not a supported method.
