Problem with USB key

Hello, I have problems with the USB Key. When connected to the computer, the red light does not light and the FastNest application does not open. The code on the USB key is 09930903.

Please check the DLLs for the dongle are in place:

Hi, the problem is that until yesterday everything worked fine, but yesterday the USB key stopped working. I reinstalled the Dll but the problem was not solved.

Hi,

If it was working, and has just stopped, then it could be something has changed on the PC, like the dongle port itself may have become damaged. I would suggest trying some other Ports, and perhaps another PC if you can, to test it.


Failing that, there is little we can do as it is old software and you may need to look at getting the latest FastCAM 9:

What can I do if my dongle doesn't read?

Hi,

If the dongle cannot be read on any machine, then you would need to get a new License, which would be for FastCAM V9:
