USB Stick not working

I purchased a used Ex Track from Thermacut, and unfortunately I am unable to open the USB stick that came with the Fastcam software, which means I cannot install the program. What can I do?

Hi Peter,
There should be two pieces that came with it. One is the USB Dongle, which will have your FastCAM Number on it. This is NOT an install media USB stick, think of it like a literal key to run FastCAM. it needs to be plugged in at all times.
The second piece should be the install media, as either another USB stick or a CD. That is what you need to install from. Do you have this? Or can you request it?
