Hi, im trying to install fastcam 7 into my new computer, and my cd software is damage. can you please provide me the installer?

Here is my Software No: 7.0.15Dongle No : 00119241

Can you please let me know your FastCAM Dongle number?

Can you also please let me know what version you are trying to run?

And finally, what are you struggling with trying to run the program? Can you describe your problem for me?

My FastCam Dongle is not working properly it's say USB cannot Recognized i tried to install different PC but still the same Error while appear when i try to put USB Dongle

Hi Fernando,

Sorry, but that dongle is too old. I will not be able to provision you with an installer.

The only option I can offer is to upgrade to FastCAM 8:

Hi! How do I install my licensed software to a PC with no CD drive. Can you provide me with a installer .

Hi Alpana,

Thanks for coming to the community site!

Best bet is to put the CD into a computer that DOES have a CD drive, and copy all the files from the CD onto a USB stick.

Then you can install on the PC you are after using the USB stick

Let me know how you go with that!

What if there is no PC with a CD drive available, since CD drives have become obsolete these days .

Also we tried using the CD with our MacBook Pro. It isn't reading the CD.
