FastCAM key dongle not working

HI I am paramdeep singh sokhi from k. s. sokhi & sons (india). My customer id is 5794 and dongle no is 1024173136 I am using fastcam for our cnc plasma cutting machine. today i have a problem in using a fastcam The fastcam key dongle lighting but not working we start a fastcam an error comes on screen (Operation not permitted by fastlock. Please check softwere versions with FMS FastCAM). I am RE install fastcam but the error come again i am install fastcam in another system but error comes. please solve this problem.

Hi Paramdeep,

Can you please recheck your Dongle as that does not appear to be a valid dongle number? Is it a USB dongle?
