lead ins do not appear

Hi,
I am unable to get the lead in and out lines to generate on FastCam. I have set the parameters of fastPath but no change in output.
Must be simple, Help appresiated.

Much like with Chris' case, what causes the lead in's to not appear can be varied, and possibly due to a combination of things, so it is hard for me to say without seeing your settings. So could you please send over a service email?
