we've had some users report that service email does not appear in English. If this is the case for you, take the attached zip, and extract "FastCAM_service_english.txt" from the zip and save it to C:\Windows\Syswow64\ folder. overwriting the existing "FastCAM_service_english.txt".
A quick remark on a couple of possibilities with no path being applied.
1) check FastPATH settings, check that the main cutting process is selected.
2) check the DXF file in FastCAM. check for CAD Layers. If there are entities unexpected layers, use CAD Layers -> Remove ALL, and then try the file again.
