FastCam Install on new Laptop

Hello, I work for an MSP and one of my clients has this software on one machine, but is asking for it to be moved to another one. How would I do this? Do I need to have the client purchase another license? I can't find any download link for the software. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Brian,

It depends on what product you are moving. Can you let me know a dongle number or a license ID? If it is an older FastCAM 7 then that is something we can no longer support.

Hi Shailesh,

For your dongle which is 10+ years old we can no longer support it. As such you would need to look at getting FastCAM 9:
