I would recommend checking your UAC and clearing your temporary files. Here is a guide on Checking your UAC:

Hi,

My current version is 7.02.0.87.

I tried all of the above, disable UAC and clearing temporary file, but it doesn't work.

I deleted all files in the FastCam folder and reinstall it , it did fix \0- drive or path not found.

But the problem about pathing is still there, normally I used to have a box said "rapid at start , yes ,no" to indicate starting point and "rapid at end, yes ,no" to indicate end point, after that the program will generate nc code and ask if I want to leave the program and see what it looks like on FastPlot, but right now when I press output nc code button it just say indicate point on the middle of the screen without any box and then it just say nc code generated without linking me to FastPlot. Now even if I change cut sequence the setting on FastPath from "Next closest", "Row" or "Column" the path in nc code looks the same on FastPlot (I manually open it on FastPlot afterward, of course).

Great to hear that fixed the problem for you. As for the other questions, that is to do with your Output settings. You can find them in FastCAM from your :

-Control pts > Options

And then in the Output options section:
