USB A to USB C Problem

Hello there I am just wondering if the fastcam uni key is able to be adapted from a usb A to a usb C as my computer only has a usb C connection and it does not read that it has been connected.
I have a belkin conversion lead and when the key is plugged in the light is red but it will not let me run the program

What you are probably dealing with is a driver problem on your new PC. I would suggest having a look at this guide:
