Fastcam with windows 10/11

Hello i just bought a cnc cutter and got fastcam software with the machine.
i load in the software with cd, ran the installation but it doesn't work so i have few question.
1. I can select what type of cnc contoller i am using but i cant find wich one is in the machine.
Machine type: Steel tailor smart 3
2. I get this message 
I try to put in all the drivers i can find for the security dongle but nothing happens.
