FastCAM9 (V10.2.9742) crashes multiple times daily.

I have been trying to fix an issue with FastCAM9 crashing for over a year. I've worked with support and they have been unable to recreate the issue. Multiple times per day FastCAM9 crashes and I lose time and work. I've done system scans, excluded the folder from AV, reinstalled. My event logs are filled with the following related errors:
