Fastplot v7 issue

I have an issue with Fastplot, the program recognizes the dongle and opens but is unusable ie. no drop menus work, no tabs work, the screen is essential locked up. I can't minimize the program nor close it without doing so via the windows task bar.
This issue has only just recently occurred in the last day, there has been no modifications to the program settings etc.
I have also tried re-installing the software today with no luck, the issue still remains.
Please help.

I have just gone ahead and cleared the temp files, this rectified the issue.
