Hello, I have a problem with the installation file, I have the key, but I can't install the program on my computer. Windows 7 64 bit. Please tell me how to solve this problem

I have a USB key and a USB installation one. But it only requires a 32-bit version of Windows. I tried installing it on another computer where a 32-bit Windows system is installed, but nothing happens when I click on the setup

Hi,

What requires 32 bit windows? Our software can run on 64 bit.

I would suggest having a look in the installer USB further and see if it has an "Install" option. May be a few that do different installs / setups.

when installing from a USB drive, it gives an error about system incompatibility (32 or 64). I have Windows 7 Maximum 64-bit

Hi Vagif,

Are you running the installer as an administrator? (Right clicking on the .EXE and selecting Run as administrator).

You shouldn't be encountering those sorts of issues. So I can only assume the installer does not have sufficient privileges when running to install correctly.

Can you please try that to install, and let me know how you go. You can also try by turning off your Anti-Virus for a run also, incase that is blocking the install.
