FastCam not starting

Hi,
After New Year we started working again and when we tried to make some programs using FastCam software first thing was that as shown on picture error4 from attachment (this occur with or without USB key), then we tried to reinstall program in several different ways with or without admin rights, but in the end of the installation program shows next errors as shown from error1-error3 from attacment files.
Any sugestion what might went wrong with the software or were did we get wrong during instalation???

For some unknown reason software is working again, what, how, why went wrong and how it got running again no idea at all.
If by any chance we get similar or different problem I'll let everyone know.

Good to hear you managed to resolve the issue.
The install can have those problems, if the components are already installed or registered. So not a a major concern there. The dongle not being read (as you saw in error4.png) is the real reason why you couldn't use FastCAM. So check your dongle, make sure it is able to be read, and has a solid light on. Here is a guide on getting it to work on windows 10:
