Overview: Here we will look at how to add default remarks and exclusions comments onto a quote
1: Accessing Remarks
Go to configuration and select Remarks from the available options.
To add a remark, start typing into the remarks table, and when done, you can select if you want to have it so that remark is always included on quotes:
2: Managing Exclusions
In Configuration section, select Exclusions.
Much like with Remarks, you can put in whatever is required, and select if you want to this to appear on all quotes. For example:
